On average, a Chapter 7 will start at $1,500, a Chapter 12 will start at $5,000 and a Chapter 13 will start at $3,500.

Yes, we accept payments. Once you get on retainer with us you can pay as often as you can until your case is paid in full.

You can usually keep your home and most clients can also keep their cars depending on the equity in it. During an initial consultation the attorney will be able to answer this specifically for your situation.

An average Chapter 7 bankruptcy will take about 3 to 3 1/2 months from filing to receipt of your discharge and a Chapter 12 or 13 usually takes 3 to 5 years from filing to receipt of your discharge.

A Chater 7 bankrupty will remain on your credit report for 10 years but usually you can qualify for new credit at a decent interest rate after 2 years. A Chapter 13 will remain on your credit report for 7 years.
